Terms & Conditions
Effective as of January 1, 2025. By purchasing any package, you agree to the terms below. Read them once — they are short, plain, and fair.
What gets built is what you bought
Each package has a fixed scope listed on the Pricing page. The Starter ($50) delivers a single-page informational site. The Business ($100) delivers a multi-page site with contact form and basic SEO. The Pro ($300) delivers a full e-commerce site with PayPal checkout integration.
Work outside the purchased package scope — additional pages, custom integrations, third-party API connections, or ongoing maintenance — is not included. Naveen Web Developer will notify you if a request falls outside scope.
Full payment is due at checkout
All packages are priced in USD and paid in full via PayPal at time of purchase. Work begins only after payment clears. No partial payments, deposits, or invoice terms are offered.
Prices shown are final. No hidden fees are added after checkout. If your PayPal transaction fails or is reversed, work will pause until payment is resolved.
Two rounds of revisions per package
Each package includes two revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes submitted at once — not a rolling stream of individual requests. Revisions must stay within the original package scope.
Additional revision rounds beyond the two included may be purchased at $25 per round. Scope-expanding changes are quoted separately before work begins.
Timelines start after you submit content
Starter sites are delivered within 5 business days. Business sites within 10 business days. Pro e-commerce sites within 15 business days. Timelines begin the day you submit your content brief — not the day of purchase.
Delays caused by late content submission, unresponsive communication (no reply for 5+ business days), or scope changes requested mid-build will extend the timeline accordingly.
You own it once it is delivered
Upon final delivery and full payment, you own all website files and content. Naveen Web Developer retains no rights to your site. We may list the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.
Refunds are available before work begins
A full refund is available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before your content brief has been submitted. Once work begins — meaning you have submitted your content and Naveen has started building — no refund is issued.
If Naveen Web Developer is unable to deliver within the stated timeline due to developer error or unavailability, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. This does not apply to delays caused by the client.
Contact us first — we resolve issues directly
Before initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback, contact us at hello@naveenwebdeveloper.com. Most issues are resolved within one business day. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in project cancellation and account suspension.
We build what was agreed, nothing more
Naveen Web Developer warrants that the delivered site will match the package scope. We make no guarantees of specific search rankings, traffic volume, or business revenue from the site. Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are the client's responsibility after delivery.
Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the package in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Purchasing means you accept these terms
These terms apply to every package purchase made through Naveen Web Developer. They may be updated at any time; the version in effect on your purchase date governs your order. Questions before purchasing? Contact us — we respond within one business day.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute not resolved directly will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
