How do I purchase a package?
Go to the Pricing page, pick the plan that fits your needs, and click the PayPal button. Payment is processed instantly — no calls, no quotes required.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal balances through the PayPal checkout. No account required — pay as a guest if you prefer.
What happens right after I pay?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a short intake form. Fill it in and we start building. Typical first response within one business day.
How long does my website take?
The Starter plan delivers in 5–7 business days. Growth takes 10–14 days. Pro e-commerce sites are typically ready in 18–21 days. Timelines start once we receive your intake form.
Can I request a faster turnaround?
Rush delivery is available on Starter and Growth plans for an additional fee. Message us on WhatsApp before purchasing and we'll confirm availability.
How many revisions are included?
Every plan includes two rounds of revisions. We send a preview link, you give feedback, and we apply changes. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately.
What if I need something outside the plan?
We'll tell you straight. If your request falls outside the plan's scope, we quote the add-on clearly before any extra work begins. No surprise invoices.
What is the refund policy?
If work has not yet started, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once the intake form is submitted and work begins, refunds are not available. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do I own the website after it's built?
Yes. Once final payment is confirmed and the site is launched, all files and the domain (if purchased through us) are fully yours. No recurring license fees.
